Professional Bookkeeping Services is a setup, configuration, training, and workflow service. It does not include an audit, review, compilation, legal opinion, tax opinion, financial advisory service, or CPA assurance service. Historical cleanup, recurring monthly bookkeeping, payroll processing, tax preparation, and software subscription costs require separate written agreements.

Milestone-based payments for approved projects
Approved clients pay a nonrefundable implementation deposit, then remaining balances on the approved project schedule.
