Payment terms
How billing works
- The onboarding fee is earned as the diagnostic and configuration work is performed.
- Recurring service is billed according to the signed engagement agreement.
- Additional work requires written authorization.
- Failed or overdue payments may pause services.
- Cancellation terms are governed by the signed engagement agreement.
- Refund eligibility depends on work already completed and the written agreement.
