AI Assistant Connection

Connect your AI assistant to Superior Business Flow

Link ChatGPT, Claude, or another MCP-compatible assistant to your secure client portal. Once connected, you can ask your assistant about your documents, project status, and messages.

ChatGPT

Connect

  1. Open ChatGPT settings for custom connectors: open ChatGPT connectors. You may need to enable Developer mode first.
  2. Click “Create a connector” and paste the MCP URL above.
  3. Review the details, confirm the warning, then create the connector.
  4. Enable the connector from the chat composer, then ask ChatGPT to use Superior Business Flow.

Refresh after the app changes

Your assistant caches the tool list. After we update the app, refresh the connection to get the latest tools.

  1. Open ChatGPT’s Plugins or Connectors page and select Superior Business Flow.
  2. Scroll to Information and click Refresh.
  3. If the URL ever changes, delete the connector and recreate it with the latest URL.
  4. Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use the app.

Claude

Connect

  1. Open the Claude custom connector dialog: add connector in Claude. The name and URL may be prefilled.
  2. Review the details and click Add.
  3. Enable the connector from the chat composer, then ask Claude to use Superior Business Flow.

Your assistant caches the tool list. After we update the app, refresh the connection to get the latest tools.

  1. Open Claude’s Connectors page and select Superior Business Flow.
  2. Click Refresh or Update tools.
  3. If the URL ever changes, remove the connector and add it again with the latest URL.
  4. Ask Claude to use the app.

Claude Code

Connect

  1. Copy this one-line command:
    claude mcp add --scope user --transport http superior-business-flow ''
  2. Run the command in your terminal.
  3. Start Claude Code and run /mcp to confirm the connection.
  4. Sign in when prompted, then ask Claude Code to use Superior Business Flow.

Refresh after the app changes

Your assistant caches the tool list. After we update the app, refresh the connection to get the latest tools.

  1. Start a new Claude Code session to load the latest tools.
  2. If the URL changes, run claude mcp remove superior-business-flow, then rerun the install command.
  3. Ask Claude Code to use the app.

Other MCP clients

Connect

  1. Open the client’s MCP server or custom connector settings.
  2. Create a remote MCP server connection.
  3. Name it Superior Business Flow and paste the MCP URL above.
  4. Complete any sign-in or authorization prompts, then enable the connection.

  1. Open the client’s MCP server or connector settings.
  2. Select the Superior Business Flow connection.
  3. Refresh the tool list, reload the server, or reconnect it.
  4. If the URL changed, paste the latest URL above.
